This 1929 Chagrin Falls Cottage is an Exact Replica of a Home in England the Owners Loved
Chagrin Falls is the regional capital of quaintness. And we're not sure it gets any more quaint than building an exact replica of a British cottage (8061 Chagrin Road). That's what the owners built in 1929, when they copied a British home that they loved. Only two families have lived in it in the almost 100 years its been around. It can be yours for $650,000. Michelle McQuade of Howard Hanna is the listing agent and the photos were taken by Kelley Weitzel.
