The iconic giant basket-shaped building in Newark, Ohio, formerly home to The Longaberger Co. headquarters, is back on the market again.

The nearly 22-acre property and roadside attraction, completed in 1997, is world famous for, well, looking like a basket. The seven-story building comes equipped with plenty of office space, a fitness center, an auditorium, a restaurant and even a fully-stocked pond just steps from its front door.

Canton-based developer Steve Coon, who bought the property last year for $1.2 million with Cleveland partner Bobby George, is now selling the property for an undisclosed price. At that time, the building had been up for sale for a year.
