The Hessler Street Fair has helped kick off the summer festival season in Cleveland since 1969. But this year, for the first time, the University Circle event moved to the weekend after Memorial Day Weekend to accommodate space and parking. Despite the date change, people still came out en masse to celebrate the two day street fair. Here's everything we saw from the event.
