In South Euclid, this amazing home (1757 South Belvoir Road) has been listed for $299,000. Renowned architect Richard Fleischman designed the home and lived there until 1984.

Fleischman founded his own architecture firm, Fleischman Associates and Partners, which completed more than 400 projects, winning over 100 awards. Fleischman pioneered the idea of open-plan school architecture and is known for his design of Villa Angela Academy (now a Cleveland Public Library Branch), St. Paschal Baylon in Highland Heights, the Polymer Science Building at The University of Akron, The Ohio Aerospace Institute and a whole lot more. In recent years, he completed the Cleveland Job Corps Center and the Akron-Summit County Library. While Fleischman was mostly known for public and commercial buildings, he designed this home in South Euclid in addition to eight custom homes in Bratenahl known as the Breezy Bluff community. Fleischman passed away in 2020 at the age of 91.
