668 Euclid Ave., ClevelandHead downtown to Hodge’s for the cornbread and stay for a martini on the large patio in the courtyard of the luxury apartment building called The Residences at 668. This restaurant from the Driftwood Group is consistently one of the best downtown.

McNamara’s Pub
8611 Lake Ave., ClevelandThis neighborhood bar, on the fringes of the Cuddell and Edgewater neighborhoods, was named Best Blue-Collar bar by us back in 2006. It hasn’t changed much since, and that’s why we endorse this spot, where you can find one of the cheapest beers in town.
