38 Mash-Up Photographs Combining Cleveland's Past and Present

Steve Kocevar is a Cleveland-based artist known for his awesome mashups of pictures of Cleveland from the early 20th century and now.

Kocevar told Scene, "I’m fascinated by standing on the same spot of an old photo, knowing previous generations stood there with a different view, and worldview, than our own. I’m not about being nostalgic, I’m just having fun bridging those views in an artistic and (hopefully) entertaining way."
