19 Things You Should Never Say to a Clevelander

Cleveland is in the Midwest and that means we're generally pretty friendly and nice people. That doesn't mean we don't have tempers, and mentioning one of these 19 things will surely bring that temper out. When it comes to our sports, our food and our city, we're passionate and it'd be better if you avoided saying these 19 things.

Jordan, the six-time NBA Champion, is considered by many to be the greatest basketball player to ever play the game, but LeBron is getting close to him, if he hasn’t passed him already, but LeBron is already considered the greatest around here.

Bernie Kosar was overrated.

There’s nothing we hold on to like sports of the bygone eras, and the last time the Browns had any consistently decent teams, Kosar was under center, so you better not say a bad word about him.

The 1990’s Indians were overrated.

From 1995-1999, the Indians set a Major League Baseball record with 455 consecutive sellouts, and although the team fell short of a World Series, those teams are always remembered very fondly and any slander will not be tolerated.
