Longtime Cleveland chef Zach Bruell’s salon is as chic as can be, with precise but unpretentious fare that finds its heart in classical technique and its soul in contemporary artistry. And while it runs the gamut in food offerings, if you want one of the best special nights in town, visit on Mondays for some tasty half price sushi.

Monday Pizza Night at Flour

Is it just us or does Flour get better and buzzier over time? We've been fans of the Italian restaurant since the start, lured out to suburbia by the four skilled hands belonging to Paul Minnillo and Matt Mytro. And if you want to try it for the first time or are a regular, Monday is the night you can go and get one of the best pizzas in town for just $8.

Taco Tuesday at Sachsenheim Hall

If you’re looking for a place brimming with two important qualities – lots of character and lots of tacos – you’ve met your match. The German pub has been going strong for nearly a century. Its legendary Taco Tuesday serves up varieties like green chili, chicken paprikash and mesquite chipotle pork all by a man known solely as “Grumpy.” Wash it all down with a beer-filled boot.

Tequila Tuesday at El Carnicero

Did somebody say tequila? With $5 select pours, $7 craft margaritas and $15 tequila flights, this is the perfect spot for any tequila lover. Paired with some delicious tacos and it’s a can’t miss night on the town.

2 For $44 Wednesdays At Washington Place Bistro

2203 Cornell Rd., Cleveland

Formerly the Baricelli Inn, this Little Italy joint is one of the most underrated spots in town. And on Wednesday nights they have one of the best specials in town. For just $44, two people can share an appetizer like fried zucchini or braised beef wild mushroom pierogies, share a bottle of wine and get their own delicious entree like shrimp and grits or braised pot roast.

Vegan Wednesdays at Zoma

2240 Lee Rd., Cleveland Heights

Despite what that one guy on Yelp said about the "bread," we're slightly obsessed with Zoma. We love the communal atmosphere of the experience, where diners sit around a platter of colorful, savory stews, pinching off bites with stretchy injera. Rare is the place that hungry vegetarians and omnivores can so peaceably coexist thanks to items starring chopped greens, chickpeas, lentils, beef and chicken. But Wednesdays is best for vegans and vegetarians alike, with specials and a 15% discount.

Wednesday Night Wing Night at Noble Beast

1470 Lakeside Ave. East, Cleveland

In a quieter part on the city on the edge of Downtown sits Noble Beast, one of our favorite breweries in town. Their Imperial Cookies and Milk Stout is a real standout, as is their Catchweight Kolsch. And if you’re looking for some delicious chicken wings, they’re just 75 cents on Wednesday nights. They have traditional wings but also go far out on toppings like everything bagel seasoned wings.

$10 Burger and Beer Thursdays at Deagan’s Kitchen and Bar

14810 Detroit Ave., Lakewood

Deagan’s has some of the best burgers in town, their fries are on point and almost everything on the menu is shareable. So if you’re one of those people that can never decide what to order, head to Deagan’s with some friends, order all the appetizers and small plates, and you get to sample most of the menu. But on Thursdays, when you can get a burger and a beer for just $10, go with that.

The Rush Inn Thursday Wing Night

The Rush Inn, with locations in Lakewood and Avon, is as no frills as they come. While we usually prefer wings drenched in sauce, dry rub is the way to go here, with the ‘Lemon Pepper Dry Rub’ being our favorite and Thursday being the night for 75 cent wings.
