25 Cleveland Fish Fries You Need To Try This Lenten Season

And they’re also known for serving up one of the best fish frys in town, their ‘Gotta Haddock” plate. It’s $22, but you get a ton of fried haddock, mac and cheese and a lot of cole slaw along with a cup of chowder and two potato pierogies with caramelized onions and a dollop of sour cream. If you don’t need food for a family of four, there’s a cheaper offering that still comes with plenty of haddock, slaw and mac and cheese for $14 every Friday throught Lent.

This West Side Mexican spot adds a Latin flair to the traditional fish fry. Their beer battered cod is served with chipotle tartar salsa, mac and quest, Mexican street corn and a salad. They serve their fish fry every Friday for lunch and dinner through the end of Lent.
